How many people are allowed on the private island?
Your own private island rental can accommodate 20 persons maximum with the main house, the cottage and 2 glamping sites.
What is the rental fee?
The rental fee is $15,000 per week. We will provide a contract and require a $2,000 deposit and the balance to be paid by May 1st. We accept paypal, venmo, and personal checks.
How do we get onto the island?
We provide an on-site manager to provide transportation for the party and their luggage and provisions for check-in and check-out, daily boat transport off island and return trip.
Does the property have heat/ac and wifi? Are pets allowed?
The island has complete WiFi and Generator. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have heat. Exception: the 2 glamping sites do not have AC nor heat.
Dog are welcome but no other pets are allowed on the property.
What else does the manager assist with?
Manager will provide an evening boat tour for 1 hour and will assist with fires and offer concierge support for activities.
